About Sandee Fahlen


When it comes to getting organized, Sandee Fahlen, owner of Puget Sound-based PrioritiesFirst, has an excellent reputation for helping individuals, business owners and professionals do just that!

Utilizing her background in building administration, event coordination and training at one of the world's largest aerospace companies, Sandee formed PrioritiesFirst in 1988 to meet the increasing demands of business people who are always on the go. Since then, Sandee consulted on Microsoft's Outlook training materials, and she has appeared on TV and radio to share easy ideas and tips for organizing.

Sandee's clients now run the gamut from corporations with hundreds of employees to single professionals who want to get and stay organized in the most time-efficient manner possible. Whether she’s working with a local news personality, political figure, business owner or charitable organization, Sandee offers a variety of flexible office and residential organization services for simplifying life at home and at the office. . Clients are quick to say that PrioritiesFirst gets things done fast, efficiently, and all with an extraordinary level of positive customer service.

Maintaining a philosophy that getting organized can be fun and rewarding, Sandee often develops customized systems to deal with each unique situation. Versatility is another of Sandee’s attributes, and nowhere is it more obvious than in the diverse projects she has tackled and successfully completed. When all is said and done, Sandee’s innovative ideas and programs to manage information, paper, space, clutter and time means she has sorted, filed, weeded, and organized countless Northwest offices, homes and filing systems, all to the great satisfaction of her clients. Sandee has also provided relocation services to out-of-town executives, organized several seminars held in major hotels, and facilitated the merging and consolidation of multiple homes.

Sandee’s organizing capabilities also extend into successfully running her business. She has completed courses such as Building Your Business Through Effective Relationships and Caryn Spain’s Chart Your Own Course: Strategic Planning Tools for Business Leaders and attends seminars at the Project Management Institute at Seattle Pacific University.  Additionally, Sandee attends NAPO's annual education conference to continue her orgainzational schooling.

Sandee is a Golden Circle member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), and a Golden Circle Liaison for the state of Washington.  Sandee also volunteers for the Quantum Leap program, which provides basic organizing instructions for welfare-vulnerable and welfare-to-work citizens in the community.
